HOW THE SMALL BATCH SYSTEM WORKS

Every single order is sorted internally into a ā€œbatch,ā€ which are assigned via the date of order or the quantity limit of that batch.

With that batch, youā€™re then able to see exactly whatā€™s happening, what weā€™re waiting on, and the estimated dates of ingredient arrival, blending, sacheting, and final packaging before fulfillment.

If you have multiple orders across multiple batches, youā€™ll also now be able to easily see where they are, and the estimated time of completion!

Ramen as complex as ours, with all the specialty nutrition and real dehydrated ingredients in it makes it hugely important for us to order the right amount. Ordering ahead on upcoming batches means that youā€™ll be sure to receive that batch, and help us know how much to order!

We always strive to have extra in batches, but that may not always work out, especially in the case of specialty ingredients.

P.S. Please note that this system applies to our ramen, and not merch or other non-ramen products.

Orders have now begun shipping to customers! Domestic VIP customers are prioritized followed by chronological order creation date, your order may ship sooner or later than others.

Orders will ship as we get to them, and this will take a few weeks.

There are some Finishing Oils that still need finishing(heh). If they delay shipments, we will have an update on split shipment options.

All v3.1 Partner Flavors, all v3.1 non-partner and VMK orders after or on September 1st, 2025

Flour: En route late January

Powders: 89% Delivered. Remaining 11% delivered February, then documentation and QC, and scheduled for blending, sacheting, and delivery to our facility for final packaging.

Finishing Oils: 85% Delivered. Remaining 15% delivered February, then documentation and QC, and scheduled for blending, sacheting, and delivery to our facility for final packaging.

Final delivery is expected between March and April, depending on blending and sacheting speeds and QC.
